About Me

I am a 2010 Graduate of The New England School of Acupuncture, with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Veterinary Medicine. I am Licensed by the State of Vermont and am NCCAOM Diplomate of Acupuncture.

I have had the opportunity to work in various health care settings since 2000 including, Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine Anesthesia and Surgical Dept. and Wildlife Center, Boston Medical Center providing acupuncture, and was a Teaching Assistant in the Orthopedic and Japanese Dept. of the New England School of Acupuncture for 2 years before moving to Vermont. Since 2012 I’ve been loving life in the Green Mountain State and have been providing acupuncture, herbal and supplemental supports to patients with great success.

I have a voracious appetite for learning new things, and have continued to learn and explore various forms of healing as a way to provide the most comprehensive and deep healing experience for myself and my patients. Here as some of the trainings I have completed recently.

In Japan learning Moxa technique, 2019.

I am now a Master Face Reader, graduating from The Lotus Institute’s 1 yr training and had the honor of being a student of Lillian Bridges. Face Reading is an ancient Asian art form and is a unique and powerful way to understand ourselves through our face shape and wrinkle patterns, often uncovering health challenges, emotional patterns and energy blockages.

I graduated from Dr. Aviva Romm’s 1 yr Functional Medicine Training for Women; combining my love for nutrition, herbal medicine, personalized supplement recommendations, and self care practices to elevate our experience  and expression of life while balancing hormones, healing gut imbalances and getting the deep sleep we need.

I am also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, having graduated from The Wellness- Institutes Heart Centered Hypnotherapy program. Hypnotherapy is an incredibly deep way to explore our patterns and heal our past so we can create the future we desire. One of the best parts is that although your healing deep patters, when your session is over, you’re feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed from your session.

Visiting with my Grammy, she’s 102 yrs old!

I am honored to be the President of the Vermont Acupuncture Association, the professional organization representing Acupuncturists in the State of Vermont, and have been involved with the organization in a leadership role since 2017. To learn more about what we do, explore the link: www.vtaa.org

I truly enjoy being outdoors, lucid dreaming, and traveling with my family. I also love gathering with my many healer friends, while creating ritual and intention to honor the land and it’s beautiful people.
